These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ace999 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.

3 One Account Per Person

7 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and cards may differ and will be displayed at the point of transaction.
8 Processing Times
Deposits via mobile banking are credited to your ace999 balance within seconds of confirmation in your payment app. Withdrawals via mobile banking are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. ace999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
9 Currency
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. ace999 does not apply any currency conversion markup on BDT transactions.
10 Own Payment Methods Only
You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing from or withdrawing to a payment method belonging to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
ace999 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players in good standing only. Players who have self-excluded, players whose accounts are under review, and players who have violated these Terms are not eligible for promotions.
- One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly permits it.
- Bonus Expiry: Unused bonus funds and any associated free spins expire within 7 days of issuance unless a different expiry period is stated on the promotion page.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

11 Accepted Bets
A wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the ace999 system and a confirmation message has been displayed or a bet ID issued. ace999 is not liable for bets that were not properly placed due to technical failure, user error, or connectivity issues on the player's end.
12 Game Malfunctions
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that causes an incorrect display of odds, incorrect payout of winnings, or an interrupted game round, ace999 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. Winnings paid out as a result of a malfunction will be deemed void and may be reclaimed from the player's account.
13 Sports Betting
All sports betting markets, including BPL cricket, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and football, are governed by the specific sports rules published in the sportsbook section. In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the time of placement; odds may change between the moment a bet is submitted and the moment it is confirmed. ace999 reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation.
14 Prohibited Conduct in Games
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:
- Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
- Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Exploiting software bugs or undisclosed vulnerabilities
- Any form of cheating, fraud, or deception directed at ace999 or other players

Account Closure and Termination

15 Voluntary Closure by Player
You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within five business days of confirming the closure request.
16 Termination by ace999
ace999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that a player has:
- Provided false or misleading registration information
- Breached any provision of these Terms
- Engaged in fraud, money laundering, or collusion
- Attempted to exploit software vulnerabilities or bonus terms
- Engaged in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward support staff
- Initiated unauthorized chargebacks through a payment provider
In cases of termination for cause, ace999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Confirmed fraudulent balances will be permanently forfeited.
Governing Law and Disputes
